The Alexander Smith Carpet Mills is a NYS Qualified Production Facility (QFP) and has a wide array of filming stages and studios with complementary services, including:
- Executive Offices
- Catering and Event Space
- Dressing Rooms
- Private Bathrooms
- Holding Areas for over 150 People
WE ARE NYS QUALIFIED
Production companies may be eligible to receive a fully refundable credit of 30 percent of qualified production costs and post-production costs incurred in New York State (NYS).
SET DESIGN & STORAGE
Need to design, build, assemble and store your sets?
We have multiple loading docks which can accommodate 53’ trailers with large freight elevators. Our facilities have ample space for construction, assembly and storage of sets.
PROP RENTAL
We have an inventory of over 50,000 items which can be provided for short or long-term prop rentals, including:

- Stone, Marble & Bronze Sculpture
