The Weaving Building, at 500 Nepperhan Avenue, is a historical property originally part of the Alexander Smith Carpet Mills. Built of solid concrete in the early 1900s, it was originally constructed for wool storage during the factory days and also as a receiving terminal for the train.

The building is over 210,000 square feet with spaces ranging from 500 – 30,000 square feet.
