THE WORSTED BUILDING
The Worsted Building, at 179 Saw Mill River Rd, is a historical property originally part of the Alexander Smith Carpet Mills. Built of solid concrete in the early 1900s, it was originally constructed for wool storage during the factory days and also as a receiving terminal for the train.
